What We've Learnt
In 20 years, we have acquired an enviable track record for achieving the required results on time and at minimum cost. What have we learnt in this time? We could put it into three words – in no particular order – money, management and design.
Money. Making the right decisions at the early stages of a project will save infinitely more money than trying to claw it back later on.
Management. We do not manage by decree. We consult, we collaborate, we motivate and we listen. But above all, good management is about leadership. It’s knowing what the focus and direction is and being strong enough to keep that focus to the fore. It’s knowing when to listen and when to act. That’s how we get the best results.
Design. We love design. We love good design. And we have immense respect for the design teams that we work with. We work closely with the designers. Very closely. We get involved from the beginning and we have input every step of the way. It’s not about interference or about imposing ideas. It’s about having the same passion as the designers to create the best that we possibly can. Nothing less.
