Byron Roff's profile in the marketplace as a Civil Engineering and Project Management specialist in infrastructure, commercial and public sector projects is second to none. He was awarded 2010 NZ Project Manager of the Year by the NZ Project Management Institute.

Byron has an exceptionally strong local Government pedigree with extensive experience in managing public sector projects including infrastructure projects, waterfront development projects and social housing redevelopments. He is a strategic thinker and is astute at managing public consultation and stakeholder relationships.  He has managed significant projects within  Wellington's cultural and public landscape, including Wellington Waterfront sites, Overseas Terminal redevelopment, Frank Kitts Park redevelopment, and the $400m Wellington City Council Social Housing Upgrade Project.

Byron's immediate focus will be on leading and mentoring teams within The Building Intelligence Group as a Project Director and as the year opens in 2012 Byron will develop and lead the company's infrastructure capability.
