Simone has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, among others.  She has walked the talk through her earlier career as a Pharmacist and she offers valuable insights into health related projects. She has delivered outstanding projects for Starship Childrens' Hospital, the Waitakere Hospital ECC 24/7 upgrade and the North Shore Hospital operating theatres upgrade.

Simone's professional expertise speaks for itself, and she has an instinct for balancing all the rigorous aspects of running a project, while taking a high degree of personal ownership.  Her project experience is deep, including all aspects of feasibility and risk, concept and design development, contract administration, running project control groups, project programme development and monitoring.
