Murray Lassen joins our expanding Christchurch Office May 2, 2011

Our  Christchurch team led by Christchurch Business Manager Darron Charity has been right in the thick of things, helping clients such as Telecom, NZTA, Internal Affairs, and National Library get their property accommodation and business needs back in sync quickly and seamlessly after the earthquakes. We've helped re-accommodate over 1300 staff for Telecom, across 22 properties and five key sites. The challenges have been enormous and we've appreciated the tremendous, tireless support of our clients as together we help make business happen.

Darron Charity has over 20 years of project management and construction experience.  He has personally lived and breathed the ramifications of both earthquakes and is ready to answer the 'where to from here' questions by using the combined weight of our project management capability and contacts with industry professionals to help Christchurch get back on its feet again.

He leads our Christchurch capability in project management servcies, temporary premises establishment, accommodation surveys and condition assessment and relocation and logistics management.

Murray Lassen has recently joined us as Project Manager.  He has extensive project management skills, having a professional background in quantity surveying, construction and contract administration.

Craig Pickett has been appointed as Project Manager. Craig's previous experience in commercial and residential sectors highlights his strategic approach to managing great outcomes for clients. The recent completion of his MBA compliments his practical experience in development.  Craig has  a make it happen attitude, backed by real strengths in project feasibility and business case development and these skills will be invaluable in the rebuild ahead for Christchurch.

Craig Hands has been appointed as Project Manager.  Craig adds 15 years experience in the project management and construction fields including project planning, consultant engageament, design management, value engineering, tender analysis and quality assurance.

Tania Rohleder joined our Christchurch team as Project Assistant.  Tania has excellent process, logistics and organisational skills and will be a great asset for our growing team.
