The Australian-based owners of the Brentwood Hotel are among our most passionate clients – they are wholeheartedly committed to providing an experience of the highest quality for their guests.
This means that they question us. A lot. But it also means that they are very appreciative of the advice we give them, and the services we provide. So appreciative, in fact, that they use our systems as measure for their project managers at home in Australia.
We have worked on numerous projects at the hotel, from renovating their public amenities many years ago, to refurbishing accommodation units, the main entrance, conference rooms and the restaurant and most recently refurbishment of an executive suite plus providing budget costs for exterior landscaping.
We have spent a lot of time working with the clients on contracts and specifications – a collaborative process requiring a great deal of attention to detail. But we have found that putting that effort in to begin with allows us to deliver straightforward projects that run smoothly, to plan and on budget.
