All projects start with an idea or a vision. “We want to transform an old wharf building into a top-flight restaurant.” That’s a vision. “We want to build an iconic high-rise in the centre of Auckland that will be a timeless landmark.” That’s a vision. Our job – the pact that we make with our clients – is to take that idea, that vision, and bring it to life. To make it happen. It is as simple – in all its complexity – as that. We are Project Managers. Somebody once described us as ‘vision formers’. We like that description. It’s appropriate.
